We start with a detailed review of the business goals for the project. This ensures we focus on what is important to your organization. We're looking to relieve the pain-points of your existing process. We look to define a"tight" Phase 1 for the project that addresses your needs and can be completed relatively quickly so that you get up and running as soon as possible, and can point to the success of the implementation. We serve the function of project manager so that you don't have to worry about the critical path to complete the project. We'll keep you informed of next steps, what to test and review, and project budget. We don't step outside the scope or budget of the project without prior review and approval from you, the client.
